- You need to exchange your vouchers with a Big Bus staff at any stop
- Meeting point: Stop #1 - Chicago Riverwalk (98 E. Wacker Drive) or join at any of the stops along the route
- The architecture cruise leaves from 401 N. Michigan Avenue
- After purchase, please choose your cruise date and download your cruise pass
- Summer River Cruise: 75 minutes, operating until 1 November 2026 and again from 9 April 2027 onwards.
- Winter River Cruise: 60 minutes, operating from 2 November 2026 to 8 April 2027.
