On-site usage

  • Redeem your smartphone voucher at any stop with the bus driver or a member of staff at the stop. Recommended stop is Chicago Riverwalk, 98 E. Wacker (Stop 1).
  • Self-guided tour: A unique download code will be supplied on the printed ticket receive when redeeming with our on-street staff. Simply download the POPGuide App to access the 4 self-guided audio tours of Chicago!

Departures:

  • First bus departs from Stop 1 at 10:00, last bus from Stop 1 at 17:00
  • Frequency: Every 30 min
  • One loop takes approximately 2 hours
  • The Sunset Live Tour departs from Stop 8 (Navy Pier) at 19:30 (May-Oct only)
