Swap your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket at the Old Jail ticket booth. You’ll also receive your ticket for the St. Augustine History Museum.

After your visit

There are two wheelchair accessible trolleys available. Visitors on a wheelchair can only board and exit the trolley at stop 1. Call in advance at +1-904-829-3800 to see what time the accessible trolley departs
