On-site usage
- Guests must redeem vouchers with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 Bayside Marketplace (333 Biscayne Blvd). Please look for the Big Bus Kiosk in the plaza south of Ben’s Pizza
- Show your smartphone voucher to the representative at one of the bus stops, and you’ll receive your paper tickets for the other experiences and bike rental (if the Essential or Explore ticket is selected)
- Essential and Explore Tickets: you need to do the included experiences within the 2-day validity of the ticket
- The Panoramic Night Tour (Explore Ticket Only) departs at 8:00 pm from Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace)
