River cruise:

  • This is a one way sightseeing cruise operated by City Cruises. The cruise departs and ends either at Westminster or Tower Pier
  • Westminster Pier address: Westminster Pier, Victoria Embankment, London SW1A 2JH
  • Tower Pier address: Tower Millennium Pier, Lower Thames St, London EC3N 4DT
  • The cruise timetable is available on the City Cruises website

Before you buy

  • Kids under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Infants can travel for free. An infant ticket is only required if a separate individual seat is required for the infant

On-site usage

  • Show your smartphone ticket to a member of The TootBus staff
  • Once scanned, you’ll be given two tickets: one for the hop-on hop-off bus Tour and one for the one-way river cruise. Please keep them safe, as you will need them throughout your trip and all journeys
  • For the river cruise: Board the cruise at Westminster or Tower of London piers. Show your river cruise ticket to the City Cruises’ staff

Departures:

  • Blue Route: First and last departure at stop 1B Grosvenor Gardens
  • Yellow Route: First and last departure at stop 1-5 Coventry Street, London W1D 7DH
  • Green Route: First and last departure at stop 39 Wyndham’s Theatre
