  • Large luggage isn’t allowed on board
  • From 3rd November, 2025 to 31st March 2026 Line B of the Firenze City Sightseeing service will be suspended from Monday to Friday. However, it will be active every day with limited service from 20 December to 6 January.

On-site usage

  • Show your smartphone ticket when you hop on the buses
  • Visitor centers: via Cavour 39R (10:00 to 17:00) and Santa Maria Novella train station (7:30 to 15:00)
  • We kindly inform you that stop n. 11 of Line A will be suspended

  • Download the Sightseeing Experience app for iOS or Android to get a city map and a real-time bus tracker
  • The voucher exchange of all our entrance tickets, guided tour, etc has to be done at least 2 hours prior the scheduled time of the visit at one of the offices aforementioned
