Must Know

  • If your luggage needs an additional seat inside the bus, then you will be charged Rp.20,000 per piece of luggage. You need to pay cash in Rupiah to the driver or the ticket crew
  • Delays can occur in case of uncontrollable circumstances, such as traffic jams
  • A single trip ticket can be used by one person at a time only, and you cannot use a higher value ticket on a lower value route (or vice versa)
