On-site usage

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time
  • Check in at the kiosk at the meeting point, directly out-front of The Fairmont Empress Hotel
  • Before boarding, redeem your voucher for a boarding pass with the kiosk staff under the red umbrellas
  • Your 24 or 48 hour pass allows you to hop on and off whenever the tours are operating
  • Buses run hourly from 9:30 to 5:30
