On-site usage
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time
- Check in at the kiosk at the meeting point, directly out-front of The Fairmont Empress Hotel
- Before boarding, redeem your voucher for a boarding pass with the kiosk staff under the red umbrellas
- Your 24 or 48 hour pass allows you to hop on and off whenever the tours are operating
- Buses run hourly from 9:30 to 5:30
